Cruise Availability
Our cruises are available every day of the week, subject to availability.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required.
If the weather conditions are unfavorable, the departure date can be rescheduled to the next available date without compensation or credit.
Payment Schedule
To secure your reservation, a 20% deposit is required.
30% of the payment is due 60 days before the departure date, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before departure.
Please note that tips are not included in the price.
Reservation

All reservations must be made via email before the departure date.
We require the names of all guests, including children, and a photocopy of a valid passport. Please mention any medical conditions clearly, and complete the questionnaire before departure.
Cancellation Policy
We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover non-refundable deposits in case of unexpected cancellations. If you cancel before the start of the Charter Period, you are responsible for all payments that are due and unpaid at the time of cancellation. If you fail to pay the balance or give notice of cancellation, Pura Cruise will retain all payments made.
Staff and Responsibility
Our team is fully trained to ensure your safety and equipped to respond to any emergency. Our boats undergo daily and weekly maintenance. Our captain has the right to refuse any aggressive or intoxicated guests who may pose a risk to safety. We can serve you in English, Spanish, or French, and all guests are expected to respect the environment and maintain cleanliness.
